NZ wallhanging

I have put together this wallhanging as a thank you gift for a German exchange student, Laura Wolke, who has been studying at Menzies College and this term has been visiting my classroom once a week to teach the children some German language.

Laura is heading back to Germany soon so I wanted to give her something that would be easy to take.

Took approximately one day to make, is about 85cmx40cm.

Pattern was from a magazine.
