Jelly roll race part 2!

Have finished the first small lap quilt: gotta love the school holidays!!

My mum was admiring this so I gave it to her!


The back. I just did a simple scalloped quilting in the border as I wanted to keep it soft.

  3. I have wanted to make a strip quilt like this from my 2.5" scraps. Looks like a fast project really good for kids quilts & a good way to use up "scraps"..

    1. Yes it would be a cool way to use up scraps, I agree! I am still building up my scraps as am a relatively 'new' (aka slow) quilter!
